By accessing or using Project Mata services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. Services
Project Mata provides business systems, messaging, automation, communications, integrations and related technology services. Specific scope, deliverables and fees may be described in a separate proposal, order or agreement.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, tokens and permissions associated with your account and connected platforms, and for ensuring only authorized users have access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse services, disrupt infrastructure, transmit malicious content, infringe third-party rights or use connected communication tools in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
5. Messaging and third-party platforms
When a service connects to third-party messaging, carrier or platform services, you are responsible for complying with their rules, consent requirements, messaging windows and applicable charges.
6. Data and privacy

7. Availability
We work to provide reliable services, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party platforms and events outside our control.
8. Fees
Where fees apply, payment terms will be stated in the relevant commercial agreement. Third-party carrier, messaging, infrastructure or platform charges may be billed separately.
9. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing for custom work will follow the applicable agreement. Project Mata retains rights in pre-existing tools, reusable components and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Mata is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the services, including losses caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
