How to request deletion
- Email info@projectmata.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Tell us which Project Mata service or connected platform you used.
- Provide enough information for us to locate and verify the records associated with your request.
- We will verify the request and process eligible deletion subject to legal, security and contractual retention requirements.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, billing, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Where retention is required, access is restricted and the information is kept only for the necessary period.
